My fifth appearance on 365 Tao was the last of my first round of readings, which I recorded in October 2006.

This program features a separate feed for the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, so that the meditations coordinate properly with the seasons. I enjoy the thought of people across the world utilizing this podcast to step away from their routines and focus within.
