Elsie Escobar made a deal with me: if I attended a yoga class, I could guest on her show to talk about my first experience. After mustering up the courage, I headed to a local church and participated in an evening yoga session with an excellent instructor. My thoughts are captured in an interview on Elsie’s Yoga Kula #6. While I haven’t made it to another class (which would prompt another appearance on her show), I’m still keenly interested in exploring meditation and other relaxation techniques.
